摘要
目的:将穴位敷贴结合大青龙汤用于外寒内热证哮喘患儿治疗中,探究其对患儿肺功能的改善作用.方法:选取2018年5月-2019年5月收治的74例外寒内热证哮喘患儿分组研究,随机将其分成研究组与参照组,各37例,参照组行常规治疗,研究组行穴位敷贴联合大青龙汤治疗,对两组治疗结果进行研究.结果:两组治疗前肺功能指标差异不显著(P>0.05),研究组治疗后第一秒用力呼气容积(Forced Expiratory Volume in 1 second,FEV1)、最大肺活量(Forced Vital Capacity,FVC)、FEV1/FVC各项指标与参照组相比,相对更高(P<0.05);两组治疗前中医证候积分差异不显著(P>0.05),研究组治疗后咳痰、咳嗽、憋喘、哮鸣音各项中医证候积分与参照组相比,相对更低(P<0.05);两组治疗前血清白细胞介素(Interleukin,IL)-5、IL-10炎症水平差异不显著(P>0.05),研究组治疗后IL-5水平与对照组相比相对更低,IL-10水平与对照组相比相对更高(P<0.05);研究组总有效率为94.59%(35/37),与参照组72.97%(27/37)相比,相对更高(P<0.05).结论:对外寒内热证哮喘患儿而言,应用穴位敷贴联合大青龙汤治疗安全有效,可改善肺功能,缓解临床症状,减轻炎症反应,值得应用.
Objective:To investigate efficacy of acupoint application plus the Daqinglong decoction(大青龙汤)on pulmonary function of asthma children with the Waihan Neire syndrome(外寒内热证).Methods:74 cases were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,37 cases in each.The control group received routine treatment,and the study group received acupoint application plus the Daqinglong decoction.Results:After treatment,the FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC in the study group were relatively higher than the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores in the study group were relatively lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the IL-5 level in the study group was lower,and the IL-10 level was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total efficiency in the study group was 94.59%(35/37),which was higher than 72.97%(27/37)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:On children with asthma with the Waihan Neire syndrome,the acupoint application plus the Daqinglong decoction is safe and effective,which can improve the pulmonary function of patients,relieve clinical symptoms and reduce inflammatory reaction,so it is worthy of application.
