摘要
研究了用P204从铁钒渣钙化焙烧后的酸浸液中萃取钒,考察了有机相组成、相比、混合时间、萃原液pH对萃取钒的影响及硫酸溶液对负载有机相反萃取的影响。结果表明:以15%P204+10%TBP+75%磺化煤油为有机相,经过5级逆流萃取,V2O5萃取率达97%;用硫酸溶液对负载有机相进行反萃取,经过5级逆流反萃取,V2O5反萃取率达99%,钒得到有效回收。
Extraction of vanadium in the leaching solution of vanadium-iron slag from calcification roasting—acid leaching process using P204 was studied.The effects of organic phase composition,phase ratio,mixing time and feed solution pH on the extraction of vanadium and sulfuric acid on the back-extraction of loading organic phase were examined.The results show that extraction rate of V2O5 is 97%under the conditions of using 15%P204+10%TBP+75%sulfonated kerosene as organic phase and five-stage countercurrent extraction.The back-extraction of V2O5 is 99%by five-stage counter-current back-extraction.The vanadium is recovered effectively.
