摘要
建设气候适应型社区越来越受到关注,老旧社区作为典型的社区类型,发掘社区洪涝韧性影响因素十分必要。选取南京鼓楼区8个老旧社区,通过问卷调查获取数据,建立结构方程模型分析社区洪涝韧性及其影响因素。结果表明:社区自然条件、社会资本、周边设施可及度和社区建设对社区韧性存在高度的正相关关系。地势高、排水通畅、植被覆盖好、住房质量、防水涂料、较好的邻里关系等均有助于加强社区韧性;社会因子与社区韧性之间存在相关性,但相关性较低,积水抽排迅速对社区韧性的贡献最高,社会因子与社区因子之间的相关性显著,软性的社会因子会反过来影响硬性的社区因子。
Recently,more and more attention has been paid to the construction of climate-adapted communities.As a typical community type,it is necessary to explore the influencing factors of old community flood resilience.Eight old communities in Gulou District of Nanjing City were selected,data were obtained through questionnaire survey,and structural equation model was established to analyze community flood resilience and its influencing factors.The results show that natural conditions,social capital,accessibility of surrounding facilities and community construction have a highly positive correlation with community resilience.Among them,high terrain,smooth drainage,good vegetation coverage,housing quality,waterproof paint and good neighborhood relationship all contribute to the strengthening resilience of the community.The correlation between social factors and community resilience is not significant.The rapid drainage of water makes high contribution to community resilience.The correlation between social factors and community factors is significant.
