西北五省文化创意产业发展的驱动因素--基于3T理论的实证研究

摘要 文化创意产业的发展有利于推动经济增长方式向内生性转变,为相关产业的融合和深度拓展,推动地区文化创意产业的发展提供了有利契机。通过2010~2017年省际数据建立相关计量模型,基于"3T"理论分析框架从人才、技术、宽容等因素出发分析西北五省文化创意产业发展的驱动因素,结果表明:人才、技术、资本投资、交通建设、市场需求对西北五省文化创意产业发展有显著的正向影响;政策支持、基础建设、关联产业并没有为文化创意产业发展带来正向的推动作用。文化创意产业的五个核心产业门类--出版服务业、广电影视业、创作表演业、广告设计业、休闲娱乐业的驱动因素具有异质性,实证结果表明,当前西北五省文化创意产业发展主要是以要素推动型和市场需求为导向的。 The development of cultural and creative industries is conducive to promoting the endogenous transformation of economic growth mode, providing a favorable opportunity for the integration and in-depth expansion of related industries, and promoting the development of regional cultural and creative industries.Based on the"3 T"theoretical analysis framework, this paper analyzes the driving factors of the development of cultural and creative industries in underdeveloped areas from the perspective of talents, technology, tolerance and other factors. Taking the five provinces in Northwest China as an example, the relevant econometric model is established based on the provincial data from 2010 to 2017. The results show that: talent, technology, capital investment, transportation construction, market demand have a significant positive impact on the development of cultural and creative industries in the five provinces in Northwest China;policy support, infrastructure construction, and related industries have not brought a positive role in promoting the development of cultural and creative industries. The five core industries of cultural and creative industry are publishing service industry, film and television industry, creative performance industry, advertising design industry, leisure and entertainment industry, and the driving factors are heterogeneous. The empirical results show that the current development of cultural and creative industries in the five northwest provinces is mainly driven by factors and market demand.
