摘要 针对预防性试验不能发现电力设备集中缺陷问题,如电容器内部串并联部分小电容断线、瓷质开裂、绝缘部分受潮、绝缘内气泡、电缆故障点及路径查找,提出了应用超声波定位技术解决故障探测问题。超声波能形成很窄的波束,即具有指向性,利用高频率超声波这一特性可以有效检测设备故障点。现场应用表明,该技术在发现均压电容器断线、电缆故障查找和电力设备绝缘诊断等方面效果显著,为进一步提高超声波技术在电力系统中的应用能力,提出了超声波局部放电检测及定位技术在开关柜中的应用研究方向。 The preventive test cannot find the problem of concentrated defect in electrical equipment,such as disconnection in small capacitors in series and parallel in the capacitor,porcelain cracking dumping in insulation air bubble in insulation,cable fault point and path search.To solve the problem,it is proposed to use an ultrasonic positioning technology to solve the fault detection.The ultrasonic can form a very narrow beam,and it has the directivity,the characteristic of high frequency ultrasonic can effectively detect the fault point of equipment.The field application shows that the technology has an obvious effect in finding out the broken of equalizing capacitor,fault detection of cable,and the insulation diagnosis of electrical equipment.In order to improve the application ability of ultrasonic technology in the power system,the application and study direction of ultrasonic local discharge detection and positioning technology in switch cabinets is proposed.
