摘要
结合生产需求,研制了评价不同轴承滚子的接触疲劳寿命试验机。该试验机采用三点接触传动及加载方式,由计算机自动控制液压比例加载和变频调速,从而实现对不同直径、不同曲线类型的滚子进行接触疲劳寿命试验,设计滚子直径为15~30 mm,最高转速为15000 r/min;试验载荷范围为2~25 kN。选取了两种已知的不同曲线类型的滚子进行实验,通过对100 min和100 h实验数据分析,验证了试验机的科学性,为下一步的滚子设计和工艺改进,提供了新的实验手段。
Combined with the production requirements,the contact fatigue testing machine for bearing rollers was developed.The test machine adopts three-point contact transmission and loading mode.The computer automatically controls the hydraulic proportional loading and frequency conversion speed regulation.It can test different diameter rollers between 15~30 mm.And the maximum speed is 15000 r/min with testing load between 2~25 kN.Two kinds of rollers with different curve types are selected for experiments.By analyzing data for 100 minutes and 100 hours,the scientificalness of the testing machine is verified,providing new experimental means for the next roller design and process improvement.
