摘要
白介素-1β(IL-1β)作为高效致炎因子,在炎症反应中处于核心地位。大量研究表明,IL-1β参与心室重塑,造成心肌细胞凋亡,影响心脏收缩舒张功能,在心力衰竭病理生理机制和疾病进展中发挥重要作用。IL-1β阻滞剂能中和IL-1β的生物学效应,有望成为心力衰竭治疗新靶点。现就IL-1β与心力衰竭的相关研究进展进行系统阐述。
Interleukin-1β(IL-1β),as a highly effective inflammatory factor,is at the core of the inflammatory response.A large number of studies have shown that IL-1βinduces cardiac remodeling,causes cardiomyocyte apoptosis,and exerts negative effects on systolic and diastolic function of the heart.IL-1βplays an important role in the pathogenesis and progression of heart failure.IL-1βblockers neutralize the activity of IL-1β,and it is expected to be a new target for the treatment of heart failure.This review summarizes the current published data on the associations between IL-1βand heart failure.
