摘要
目的:分析对在急诊监护室内进行有创机械通气治疗的呼吸衰竭患者实施舒适护理的效果。方法:2017年1月-2019年6月收治急诊监护室内进行有创机械通气治疗的呼吸衰竭患者97例,随机分为两组。对照组采用常规护理;观察组采取舒适护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理后Kolcaba评分、护理总满意率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对在急诊监护室内进行有创机械通气治疗的呼吸衰竭患者实施舒适护理可提高患者舒适度及护理满意度。
Objective:To analyze the effect of comfortable nursing for patients with respiratory failure treated by invasive mechanical ventilation in emergency intensive care unit.Methods:From January 2017 to June 2019,97 patients with respiratory failure treated by invasive mechanical ventilation in emergency intensive care unit were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group used routine nursing.The observation group used comfortable nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The score of Kolcaba after nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfort nursing for respiratory failure patients treated with invasive mechanical ventilation in emergency intensive care unit can improve patient comfort and nursing satisfaction.
