摘要
文章介绍了现有的几种换热器装置,并分析其优点和不足。针对存在的问题,采用将船舶尾气再利用和进行低品位废热结合的方法,进一步改进换热器结构,研发出一种新型的月牙式换热器结构,阐述了结构设计和主要工作流程,即收集即将被排向大气的船舶尾气,将热量传递给换热器后送入日用保温油柜,对船舶的日用油进行加热保温,最后进行了可行性分析。
In this paper,several existing heat exchanger devices are introduced,and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed.In view of the existing problems,this paper further improves the structure of the heat exchanger by combining the reuse of ship exhaust with the low grade waste heat,thus developing a new type of crescent heat exchanger structure,and expounds the structure design and main working flow,that is,collecting the ship exhaust gas which is about to be discharged into the atmosphere,transferring the heat to the heat exchanger and sending it to the daily heat preservation tank to heat and heat the daily oil of the ship.Finally,the feasibility analysis is carried out.
