摘要
大型急诊传染病医院建设最后阶段,需在工程系统众多且复杂、验收时间极短且要求高等情况下快速组织验收与移交。武汉火神山医院以医疗功能为导向,以负压隔离病房水暖系统、防污染给排水工程、双回路双电源供电系统、防水密封性集装箱为验收要点,通过分区域、分专业同时验收,邀请医院方提前进入,成立验收移交专项工作组,建立验收工作制度等快速验收与移交对策,采取验收清单、及时销项、验收会议、资源共享制度等措施,实现应急工程快速验收与移交。
In the final stage of the construction of a large-sacle emergency hospital for infectious diseases,it is required to quickly organize acceptance and handover,in the case of numerous and complex engineering systems,extremely short acceptance time and high requirements.Guided by medical functions,Huoshenshan Hospital takes the water-heating system of negative pressure isolation ward,anti-pollution water supply and drainage project,double-circuit double-power supply system and waterproof and sealed container as the key points of acceptance,through the rapid acceptance and handover countermeasures,such as simultaneous acceptance by regions and specialties,the hospital is invited to enter in advance,a special working group for acceptance and handover is established,acceptance work system is established,the acceptance list,timely output,acceptance meeting,resource sharing system and other measures is established,rapid acceptance and handover of emergency engineering is realized.
