摘要
鲁拉西酮作为一种新型的抗精神病药自2010年上市以来一直备受关注,在其治疗范围、治疗效果和治疗安全性等方面的研究文献不断的涌现。该药已经于2019年在我国上市,因此本文系统总结国外有关该药物在治疗精神分裂症、情感障碍及其他精神症状方面的最新成果,为国内医师合理、有效的使用该药物提供参考。
Lulasidone has attracted much attention as a novel antipsychotic since it launch in 2010.And more and more literatures on its treatment scope,effect and safety have been released.Lulasidone has launched in China in 2019,thus it's quite necessary to summarize the experiences on treating schizophrenia,mood disorder and other mental disorders in the western countries,in order to provide reference on how to use it reasonably and effectively for domestic doctors.
