摘要
前列腺癌治疗方法有手术、放疗、化疗、内分泌治疗及局部治疗等。相比于其他治疗方法,前列腺癌局部治疗作为非根治性的治疗方式,具有创伤小、并发症少等优点。随着PSA筛查的广泛应用和模板定位下的经会阴穿刺技术的改进与提升及多参数MRI的发展,越来越多低级别、局限性的前列腺癌被发现。避免过度治疗是目前关于此类前列腺癌在治疗上的研究热点。随着越来越多的研究初步表明了局部治疗在疗效和并发症上都有满意的结果,使得局部治疗在前列腺癌中的应用前景越来越广阔。本文就前列腺癌局部治疗的方法、原理及在前列腺癌治疗中的疗效及功能评估作一综述。
The treatment of prostate cancer includes surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, endocrine therapy and focal therapy. Compared with other treatments, focal therapy of prostate cancer, as a non-radical treatment, has the advantages of less trauma and fewer complications. With the widespread application of PSA screening, the improvement of transperineal puncture technique under template localization and the development of multi-parameter MRI, more and more low-grade and localized prostate cancers have been found. Avoiding overtreatment is currently a hot topic in the treatment of prostate cancer. With more and more studies preliminarily showing that focal therapy has satisfactory results in curative effect and complications, the application prospects of focal therapy in prostate cancer are more and more broad. This article reviews the methods and principles of focal therapy for prostate cancer and its efficacy and functional evaluation in the treatment of prostate cancer.
