摘要
该文对水液压泵柱塞进行运动学与动力学分析,研究了柱塞的倾覆状态,基于MATLAB软件编写求解器,对柱塞副间隙水膜动态特性进行研究,采用有限体积法对柱塞副水膜进行精确求解,获得不同工况下柱塞副间隙水膜压力场与厚度场的变化规律,并讨论了不同柱塞副间隙下柱塞副间隙水膜承载情况,研究结果可以为水液压泵柱塞副结构的设计和优化提供指导。
In this paper,the kinematics and dynamics of the piston in water hydraulic pump are analyzed,and the overturning state of the plunger is studied.Based on MATLAB software,a solver is compiled to study the dynamic characteristics of the water film in the clearance of the piston pair.The finite volume method is used to accurately solve the water film in the piston pair,and the variation law of the water film pressure field and thickness field in the clearance of the piston pair under different working conditions is obtained,and the waterfilm bearing characteristics under different piston pair clearance is discussed.The research results can provide guidance for the design and optimization of the piston pair structure of water hydraulic pump.
