摘要 为保障排矸斜巷顺利通过L1灰岩含水层,采用数值模拟软件进行动力水注浆浆液扩散规律的研究与分析,根据模拟结果将浆液的扩散划分为三个阶段:自由扩散、部分封堵和残留通道封堵阶段,基于数值模拟结果,结合具体地质条件,确定采用底板加固+帷幕注浆的方式进行注浆堵水作业,同时对注浆加固方案的各项参数进行,注浆结束后采用堵水率进行注浆效果的评价。结果表明:注浆结束后,含水层涌水水量小于1m3/h,堵水率为97.5%,堵水效果非常好。 In order to ensure the smooth passage of the platoon slanting lane through the L1 limestone aquifer,numerical simulation software is used to study and analyze the diffusion law of dynamic water grouting slurry.Based on the simulation results,the slurry diffusion is divided into three stages:free diffusion,Based on the results of numerical simulation and specific geological conditions,the method of floor reinforcement+curtain grouting was adopted for partial grouting and residual channel plugging,and various parameters of the grouting reinforcement scheme were determined.After the slurry is finished,the water blocking rate is used to evaluate the grouting effect.The results show that after the grouting is completed,the water inflow from the aquifer is less than 1 m3/h,the water blocking rate is 97.5%,and the water blocking effect is very good.
