摘要
对某锡渣进行还原氯化焙烧—磁选回收有价金属试验。结果表明:还原氯化焙烧的最佳条件为:焙烧温度为1000℃,焙烧时间为50 min,还原剂用量为锡渣质量的20%,氯化钙用量为锡渣质量的10%,在此试验条件下,铁的磁化率为81.98%,铅的挥发率为98.88%,锌的挥发率为80.90%,锡的挥发率为96.73%。熟料磨矿细度为-75μm占100%,磁选磁场强度为0.2 T,可得品位为68.18%、回收率为72.03%的铁精矿。
The experiment of recycling valuable metals from tin slag by reductive chloride roasting and magnetic separation was carried out.The results show that the optimum conditions are:the temperature 1000℃,time 50 min,reductant dosage 20%andcalcium chloride dosage 10%.Under the optimum conditions,the magnetic susceptibility of iron is 81.98%,the volatilization rate of lead is 98.88%,the volatilization rate of zinc is 80.90%,and the volatilization rate of tin is 96.73%.When the grinding fineness of product is-75μm accounting for 100%,and the magnetic field intensity is 0.2 T,a iron concentrate with Fe grade of 68.18%and recovery of 72.03%can be obtained.
