摘要
以黄浦江闵浦三桥工程为例,针对其主墩高桩承台所具有的桩径大、斜桩多、桩间距密等结构特点,论述了有底钢吊箱围堰设计及安装过程中的结构细节及总体流程优化、测量定位及限位装置设置等一些有效且实用的精度控制方法,并对实施过程中多种技术措施的应用及取得的成效进行阐述,可供同类桥梁工程水中墩施工参考。
Taking Huangpu River Minpu Bridge III as an example,aiming at the structural characteristics of the high-pile base slab of its main pier,such as the large pile diameter,many batter piles and dense pile spacing,some effective and practical accuracy control methods of structural details and overall process optimization,surveying and positioning,and limiting device setting in the design and installation of bottomed steel hanging box cofferdam are discussed.The application of many technical measures and the achieved effects in the implementation are expounded.The reference can be provided for the similar bridge projects.
