摘要
为进一步规范提升和充分发挥信息化示范基地的示范引领作用,筑牢农业农村信息化工作阵地,明光市农业农村局结合自身特点,建立信息化融合联动长效机制,应对突发公共安全事件。明确农村信息化服务基地和益农信息社应职责定位,分清应急性工作、常规性工作、持续性工作和基础性工作,以农机农艺农信融合发展为推手,主抓农产品出村,整合资源,发挥主力军作用,凸显农业信息化联动发展的主阵地,做好各类应急性工作。
In order to further standardize the promotion and give full play to the leading role of the informatization demonstration base,and to build a solid agricultural and rural informatization work position,the agricultural and rural bureau of Mingguang city,in combination with its own characteristics,has established a long-term mechanism of informatization integration and linkage to respond to public security emergencies.The rural information service base and the agricultural information society should distinguish the acute work,routine work,continuous work and basic work,take the integration of agricultural machinery,agronomy and credit development as the driving force,focus on the agricultural products out of the village,integrate resources,play the role of the main force in agricultural and rural areas,highlight the main position of the joint development of agricultural information,and do all kinds of emergency work.
