摘要
针对高速圆压平商标机印刷重影、模糊等质量问题,分析其可能成因,得出拉纸伺服的加减速控制为改善印刷质量的重要手段。选用并设计数字化“S曲线”加减速控制算法,并编写出该算法幂底数和速度点个数可调的数据点生成器;然后设计了印刷机基于STM32的嵌入式控制系统的加减速控制软件及高速脉冲输出接口电路;最后通过实验数据验证设计的实用性和有效性。相关算法和系统已在广州某印刷机公司的对应机型产品上实用,性能稳定、可靠,印刷质量和产品合格率大幅提高。
Aiming at the quality problems of high speed circular flattening machine,such as ghosting and blur,the possible causes are analyzed in this paper,and it is concluded that the acceleration and deceleration control of the paper pulling servo is an important means to improve the printing quality.Select and design the digital″S curve″acceleration and deceleration control algorithm,and write a data point generator with adjustable power base and speed point number.Then design the acceleration and deceleration control software of the STM32-based embedded control system for the printing machine and high-speed pulse output interface circuit-finally verify the practicability and effectiveness of the design through experimental data.Relevant algorithms and systems are applied to the corresponding model products of a printing machine company in Guangzhou.The performance is stable and reliable,and the printing quality and product qualification rate have been greatly improved.
