摘要
目的研究检验科医院感染的预防与控制中应用规范化管理的结果。方法选取2017年进行常规检查的检验科样本结果作为研究对比组,2018年进行规范化管理检验科检验样本作为实验组,每组检验结果均480份,对比管理前后检验科医院感染实际情况。结果医院检验科管理后各项指标合格率好于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医院感染发生率管理前25.00%高于管理后感染率16.16%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论检验科医院感染的预防与控制中应用规范化管理对于降低医院感染有着极大的促进作用,同时还能提升检验结果最终质量。
Objective To study the results of applying standardized management in the prevention and control of hospital infections in the laboratory.Methods The results of clinical laboratory samples for routine inspection in 2017 were selected as the study comparison group,and the standardized management laboratory samples for 2018 were used as the experimental group.The test results of each group were 480 copies,and the actual situation of hospital infection before and after was compared.Results The pass rate of various indicators after the management of the hospital laboratory was better than that before the management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of nosocomial infections in the hospital laboratory before and after the management,before management,the total infection rate was 25%higher than the post-management infection rate of 16.16%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of standardized management in the prevention and control of nosocomial infections in the laboratory has a great promotion effect in reducing nosocomial infections,and it can also improve the final quality of the test results.
