摘要
铁路总公司计划在普速线路上采用160 km/h动力集中动车组全面取代既有的K/T等普速列车,以提升既有线铁路运输服务品质,满足铁路运输及运营捷运化的实际需求。160 km/h动力集中动车组实质上是机车+客车的模式,与动力分散动车组在运用整备检修及管理上存在不同,各路局目前也尚无与之相适应的运用整备设施。对160 km/h动力集中动车组的检修修程进行分析,并分别对客运机务段、客整所及动车运用所适应160 km/h动力集中动车组整备检修的改造可能性进行分析,并以车号识别系统、轮对受电弓及走行部动态检测系统、车体外皮洗刷机、客车整备作业平台的改造为例,提出对既有客整所进行改造的具体实施方案,并对动力车C1~C3修的适应性改造方案提出建议。
In order to improve the service quality of the existing railway transportation and meet the actual needs of railway transportation and rapid operation, China State Railway Group Company plans to use 160 km/h power integrated EMUs to totally replace the general speed trains. 160 km/h power integrated EMUs are composed of locomotives and passenger cars, which defer power-distributed EMUs in use, servicing, repair and management. Each railway administration has not been equipped with related facilities for use and servicing at present. This paper analyzes the examination and repair program of 160 km/h power integrated EMUs, and the possibilities of reconstruction for locomotive depot, passenger train technical servicing depot and EMU operation depot respectively, proposes detailed reconstruction program for existing passenger train technical servicing depot in terms of auto train identification system, detection system for wheelset and pantograph, train washing machine, passenger train servicing platform, and proposes adaptability renovation scheme for C1~C3 repair of motor cars.
