楔形流量计取压位置对流出系数影响的数值研究

摘要 楔形流量计在沥青、残渣、焦油等高黏度液体介质的测量中具有特殊的优势。由于目前对楔型流量计的取压方式、取压位置、楔型比H/D、管径等对流出系数的影响的研究尚不充分,而且不同几何结构楔形节流件的流出系数差别也较大,给流量计的标准化带来了一定的困难。本文就取压位置对流出系数的影响进行了研究,分别对三种不同楔角的楔形进行了CFD模拟,并引入了“流出系数不确定度”来判断合适的取压位置。通过对模拟结果的分析,发现取压位置为楔前1.5D、楔后0.5D时,流出系数更加稳定,且流出系数不确定度小于0.14。 Wedge flowmeter has special advantages in the measurement of high viscosity liquid media such as asphalt,residue and tar.At present,the research on the influence of pressure tappingtype,pressure tapping position,wedge ratio H/D,pipe diameter,etc.on the discharge coefficient of wedge flowmeter is not enough,and the discharge coefficient of wedge-shaped throttles with different geometry structure is also quite different,which brings some difficulties to the standardization of flowmeter.In this paper,the influence of the pressure tappingposition on the discharge coefficient is studied.Three wedges with different wedge angles are simulated by CFD,and the"uncertainty of the discharge coefficient"is introduced to determine the appropriate pressure tappingposition.Through the analysis of the simulation results,it is found that the discharge coefficient is more stable and the uncertainty of the discharge coefficient is less than 0.14 when the pressure tapping position is 1.5D in front of the wedge and 0.5Dbehind the wedge.
