摘要
目的:对老年急性脑出血患者采用小剂量甘露醇治疗的价值进行分析和探究。方法:选择本院收治的老年急性脑出血患者70例作为本次研究的纳入对象,按照随机数字表法将其划分为常规剂量组和小剂量组,每组各有35例。分别采用不同剂量的甘露醇对两组患者进行治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:常规剂量组中有8例治愈,10例显效,4例有效,13例无效,总有效率达到了62.8%,小剂量组中有12例治愈,11例显效,6例有效,6例无效,总有效率达到了82.8%。小剂量组的总有效率明显高于常规剂量组,两组比较经过检验,P<0.05。在治疗后,常规剂量组中有5例患者死亡,死亡率达到了14.3%,小剂量组中有1例死亡,死亡率达到了2.9%。小剂量组的死亡率明显低于常规剂量组,两组比较经过检验,P<0.05。结论:针对急性脑出血患者实施小剂量甘露醇治疗具有很好的效果,而且还可以有效降低患者的死亡率。
Objective:To analyze and explore the value of low-dose mannitol therapy in elderly patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:Seventy patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital were enrolled as the subjects of this study.They were divided into conventional dose group and low dose group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The two groups of patients were treated with different doses of mannitol,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:In the conventional dose group,8 cases were cured,10 cases were markedly effective,4 cases were effective,13 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate reached 62.8%.In the low-dose group,12 cases were cured,11 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective,and 6 cases were ineffective.The total efficiency has reached 82.8%.The total effective rate of the low-dose group was significantly higher than that of the conventional dose group,and the two groups were tested(P<0.05).After treatment,5 patients died in the conventional dose group,with a mortality rate of 14.3%,and 1 patient died in the low-dose group,with a mortality rate of 2.9%.Mortality was significantly lower in the low-dose group than in the conventional-dose group,and the two groups were tested(P<0.05).Conclusions:The treatment of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage with small doses of mannitol has a good effect and can also effectively reduce the mortality of patients.
