摘要
以培养学生科研能力为目标,对"食品微生物学"实验教学改革进行探索。在实验教学中,重视操作训练和考核,夯实学生的微生物基本实验操作技术;同时,设计综合实验和开展技能训练,开发学生的发散性思维;并成立了兴趣小组,进一步增强学生的创新能力和发散性思维能力。通过建立以上逐步递进分层次的微生物实验教学模式,可以使学生具有良好微生物实验基础、严谨科研思维和创新能力。
In order to cultivate students’scientific research ability,the teaching reform of Food Microbiology experiment was explored.In the experimental teaching,we attached importance to operation training and examination,consolidated students’basic microbial experimental operation technology,designed comprehensive experiments and developed skills training to develop students’divergent thinking,set up interest group to enhance students’innovation ability and their diffuse thinking.Through the establishment of the above progressive and hierarchical experimental teaching mode of microbiology,students can have a good foundation of Food Microbiology experiment,rigorous scientific research thinking and innovative ability.
