摘要
粉状乳化炸药生产过程中,油水相配比、药粉堆积密度、药粉含水量及所用乳化剂是影响产品质量的关键因素,通过针对性试验研究和长期生产实践的技术积累,得出可以保证粉状乳化炸药产品性能和质量的条件为:油水相最佳配比为5.7∶94.3;最佳药粉堆积密度为0.6 g/cm^3,含水量为1%以下;所用乳化剂的氮含量指标应大于1.75%。
During powdery emulsion explosive production,there are several key factors affecting the product quality such as oil-water ratio,powder accumulation density,powder moisture content and emulsifier.By experiment and experiences,it is concluded that the quality and performance of powdery emulsion explosive can be ensured under conditions as follows:the best oil-water ratio is 5.7∶94.3;the best powder accumulation density is 0.6 g/cm^3 and powder moisture content is less than 1%.The nitrogen content of emulsifier shall be greater than 1.75%.
