摘要
为实现降本增效的目的,通过对海上电潜泵井系统效率的分析与计算,优化电潜泵的运行状况,达到提高整个电泵井的系统效率。根据日常工作中所掌握的油井相关资料介绍了电潜泵井有效功率的四种计算方法、电潜泵井系统功率与系统效率的计算方法,并结合针对电潜泵井系统能耗分析与系统效率计算方法研究,从加强电潜泵井电泵优化设计及日常生产科学管理两方面,对提高海上油田电潜泵井系统效率提出建议。
Electric submersible pump(ESP)is the most important production method in offshore oilfields,and it is also one of the main energy consumption equipment in offshore oilfields.The system efficiency of ESP wells is equal to the ratio of the effective power of ESP wells to the input power of the system.The system efficiency of different ESP wells in the same oilfield may be quite different.By analyzing and calculating the system efficiency of ESP wells,we can grasp and optimize the operation status of ESP wells,so as to improve the system efficiency of the whole ESP wells and achieve the purpose of reducing costs and increasing efficiency.In this paper,the energy consumption of submersible pump well system at sea is analyzed.Four methods of calculating the effective power of submersible pump well and the methods of calculating the power and efficiency of submersible pump well system are introduced according to the relevant data of oil well in daily work.Combining with the energy consumption analysis of ESP well system and the calculation method of system efficiency,this paper puts forward some suggestions on improving the efficiency of ESP well system in offshore oilfields from two aspects:strengthening the optimization design of ESP well system and scientific management of daily production.
