摘要
研究煤矿安全生产管理体系及智能化,从源头上科学地控制安全隐患,是煤矿企业可持续性发展的重要基础之一。基于以实现矿井生产“零伤亡”安全生产为目标,初步构建起“人-机-环-管”安全管理体系。通过移动互联和电子签名技术,实现安全管控风险管理智能化;基于权限控制和定位技术,实现作业风险全程监控管理智能化;通过电脑端系统和移动端APP实现培训管理智能化;通过移动APP、设备实时监视系统实现设备安全管理智能化;基于物联网技术,通过系统及信息整合,实现安全风险报警系统智能化和隐患排查智能化管理;通过移动终端,实现安全标准化管理智能化和安全数据动态管理智能化。
It is one of the important bases for the sustainable development of coal mine enterprises to study the management system and intelligentization of coal mine safety production and control the hidden danger scientifically from the source.Based on the realization of“zero casualties”in mine production safety production as the goal,the paper initially constructs the“man-machine-loop-tube”safety management system.Intelligent security control and risk management can be realized through mobile Internet and electronic signature technology.Based on the permission control and positioning technology,the whole process of operation risk monitoring and management is realized.Intelligent training management is realized through computer terminal system and mobile terminal APP;intelligent device security management is realized through mobile APP and real-time device monitoring system.Based on the internet of things technology,intelligent security risk alarm system and intelligent hidden trouble detection management can be realized through system and information integration.Through the mobile terminal,the security standardization management and the security data dynamic management intelligence are realized.
