摘要
基于我党的政策方向以及新时代思路的具体发展需求,企业中的基层党建工作也在新时代中被赋予了新的阶段使命。因此,在新时期的发展思路下,企业基层党建工作就应该更加注重于基层党建工作与生产经营模式的双管齐下有机结合,从而实现企业基层党建在新时代的更好发展,以及相应的施工生产在未来建设过程中的良好基础。
Based on the policy direction of our Party and the specific development needs of the new era,the grass-roots party building work in enterprises has also been given a new stage mission in the new era.Therefore,in the new era of development ideas,enterprise grass-roots party building work should pay more attention to the organic combination of the grass-roots party building work and production and management mode,so as to realize the better development of grass-roots party building in the new era,and the corresponding construction and production can have a good foundation in the future construction process.
