摘要
采用碳纤维网格(Carbon Fiber Net,CFN)加固系统对建筑结构进行加固修复可在几乎不改变结构截面尺寸的前提下提升结构的力学性能。为深入评估CFN加固RC板的抗弯性能,分别对3块配筋相同的RC双向板进行了四点弯曲加载试验,研究不同加固方式对RC板抗弯性能的影响规律。研究表明:CFN加固系统可实现与混凝土基面的有效粘接、共同受力;与未加固试件相比,CFN加固系统可有效限制RC板裂缝的发展,延缓试件破坏,弯曲韧性得到明显增强,并能显著提高RC板的极限承载力,保证RC板得到可靠的安全储备。研究结果为CFN加固混凝土结构的工程应用提供了技术支持。
Strengthening and repairing the building structure with carbon fiber net(CFN) reinforcement system can improve the mechanical properties of the structure without changing the structural section size.In order to deeply evaluate the flexural behavior of two-way RC slabs strengthened with CFN,based on the four-point bending test of 3 two-way RC slabs with the same reinforcing bars,the effect of different reinforcement methods on the flexural behavior of RC slabs is researched.The research results show that CFN reinforcement system can bond and joint force with concrete base surface effectively.Compared with unreinforced slab,the CFN reinforcement system can effectively restrict the development of cracks in RC slab and delay the failure of specimens,which makes the bending toughness enhanced significantly.CFN reinforcement system also can significantly improve the ultimate bearing capacity of RC slabs,and the safety reserve of the RC board is fully guaranteed.The experimental results can provide technical support for engineering application of CFN reinforced concrete structure.
