摘要
大数据时代背景下,移动政务在提高政府行政效率和服务质量、降低行政成本、为公众提供个性化精准服务等方面发挥出显著作用,但仍存在公众参与度低且参与成本高、各自为政重复建设现象突显、大数据挖掘利用能力不足以及网络信息隐私安全等问题。应从个人、政府和技术三个层面寻求解决对策,以促进我国移动政务信息化全面、协调、可持续发展。
In the context of the era of big data,mobile government has played a significant role in improving government administrative efficiency and service quality,reducing administrative costs,and providing the public with personalized and targeted services.However,there still exists problems of low public participation,high participation costs,lack of coordination between governments,insufficient capacity for big data mining and utilization,and personal information security on networks.Solutions should be sought from the three levels of individuals,government and technology to promote the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of the country’s mobile government information.
