摘要
为提升pH响应变色织物在变色区间前后的易分辨性,利用石蕊、酚红对蚕丝织物进行染色,制备具有pH响应变色功能的织物。测试不同pH值下石蕊、酚红染液的吸收光谱以及石蕊、酚红染色织物的变色性能、响应时间、色牢度及上染率,并对蚕丝织物上的石蕊、酚红色素进行分析。结果表明:随着pH值从3升高到10,2种染液吸收峰均逐渐增强,吸收峰发生红移;当pH值从7降低到3时,石蕊染色蚕丝织物由紫色变为红色,酚红染色织物无明显颜色变化;当pH值从7升高到10时,石蕊染色织物由紫色变为蓝色,酚红染色织物由黄色变为红色。石蕊、酚红染色织物的平均响应时间分别为5 s和9 s,色牢度较好。2种pH响应变色织物变色前后差别明显,变色灵敏、迅速。
In order to improve the distinguishable performance of the pH-responsive fabric before and after the discoloration interval,the silk fabric was dyed with litmus and phenol red to prepare the fabric with pH-responsive discoloration.The absorption spectra of litmus and phenol red dyeing liquors at different pH values,and the discoloration performance,response time,color fastness and dyeing rate of litmus and phenol red dyed fabrics were tested.The litmus and phenol red pigments on silk fabrics were analyzed.The results showed that as the pH value increases from 3 to 10,the absorption peaks of the two dyeing solutions gradually increases,and the absorption peaks shift red.When the pH value decreases from 7 to 3,litmus dyed silk fabric changes from purple to red,and phenol red dyed fabric has no obvious color change.When the pH value increases from 7 to 10,litmus dyed fabric changes from purple to blue color,phenol red dyed fabric changes from yellow to red.The average response time of litmus and phenol red dyed fabrics is 5s and 9s,respectively,and the color fastness is good.The difference between the two pH-responsive fabrics before and after color change is obvious,and the color change is sensitive and rapid.
