摘要
BIM技术被业界普遍认为是继CAD之后建筑行业的第二次技术革命,其以BIM三维模型和数据为载体,关联整个施工过程信息,涉及建筑全生命周期。以BIM技术为切入点,分析了传统建筑装饰装修工程中的问题,提出了BIM技术在建筑装饰装修阶段应用的思考,寻求BIM技术融入建筑装饰装修工程的着力点,促进BIM技术在建筑装饰装修工程中的发展。
BIM technology is generally regarded by the industry as the second technological revolution in the construction industry after CAD.It uses BIM 3 D models and data as the carrier to correlate the entire construction process information,involves the entire life cycle of the building,and has a large economic benefit foundation.As a project closely related to people’s lives,building decoration,if fully integrated with BIM technology,will have great room for improvement.With BIM technology as the starting point,this paper analyzes the problems in traditional building decoration engineering,puts forward the idea of the applying BIM technology in building decoration and seeks the focus of integration BIM technology into building decoration engineering with a view to promoting BIM technology in building decoration engineering development.
