摘要
危险废物中氮元素含量是影响焚烧烟气中氮氧化物污染物的重要因素,目前危险废物的氮元素检测还没有相应的国家或行业标准。危险废物焚烧前需要检测样品中氮含量进行焚烧配伍,以保证烟气的达标排放。根据目前危废行业内的常用氮元素检测方法,空气中的氮气会对检测结果造成明显的影响。该影响的大小和如何控制及消除是危险废物处置企业样品检测过程中必须要解决的问题,利用高压氧气多次置换量热仪氧弹中原来的空气可以有效降低该类型影响。
The content of nitrogen in hazardous waste is an important factor affecting the nitrogen oxide pollutants in incineration flue gas.At present,there is no corresponding national or industry standard for the detection of nitrogen in hazardous waste.Before incineration of hazardous waste,the nitrogen content in the sample needs to be detected for incineration compatibility to ensure that the flue gas is discharged in compliance with the standards.According to the commonly used nitrogen detection methods in the hazardous waste industry,nitrogen in the air will have a significant impact on the test results.The magnitude of this impact and how to control and eliminate it are issues that must be addressed in the sample testing process for hazardous waste disposal companies.Replacing the original air in the calorimeter oxygen bomb with high-pressure oxygen multiple times can effectively reduce this type of influence.
