摘要
以变截面悬臂梁压电俘能器为研究对象,推导含端部集中质量的分布参数与集总参数模型运动方程及传递函数,并利用分布参数模型的解析解来修正集总参数模型的近似解。修正分为频率修正和幅值修正,通过分析发现,在梁自由端与固定端宽度比值较大的情况下,系统固有频率近似解的相对误差变大,根据此规律对集总参数模型固有频率进行修正,并在此基础上对相对运动传递函数引入修正系数,对幅值进行修正。通过和文献数据对比验证模型修正方法的正确性,表明其适于得到进一步应用和推广。
Taking the cantilever beam type piezoelectric energy harvesters with variable cross-sections as the research object,the distribution parameters including the concentrated tip mass,the kinematic equations of the lumped-parameter model and the corresponding transfer function are formulated and derived.Then,the approximate solution of the lumped-parameter model is corrected by the analytical solution of the distribution parameter model,including frequency correction and amplitude correction.It is found that the ratio of free end width to fixed end width of the beam has a great influence on the natural frequency of the beam.The error of the natural frequency of the lumped-parameter model will be enlarged with the increase of the width ratio.Then,the natural frequency in the lumped-parameter model is modified based on this law.Furthermore,modification factor is introduced to amend the relative motion transfer function.The data from references is compared with that of the corrected lumped-parameter model and verifies the correctness of the model.The model is suitable for further generalization and application.
