摘要
主要运用文献资料、访谈、思辨的方法,对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情发生之后出现的体育伦理之善和失范问题进行解析。在疫情中体育领域出现的伦理之善主要有:异地云直播比赛和模拟对抗赛的伦理之善;体育人责任担当的伦理之善;公众重视健康和锻炼所体现的伦理之善;推迟东京奥运会反映出的奥林匹克主义人文关怀之善。疫情中体育伦理道德失范问题主要有:虚拟赛事加速发展的伦理困境;体育明星优先接受病毒检测的伦理争议;居家锻炼中的数字鸿沟;因观赛和锻炼违反疫情防控规定造成对"共同善"的违背;疫情下体育在线教学中出现的伦理问题。通过对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情中体育之善和伦理问题的解析与思辨,本研究提出从5个方面进行规制:奉行生命第一原则;开展奥林匹克教育;进行扶贫攻坚;强化法德治理;倡导人类命运共同体意识。研究旨在发挥体育伦理的导向作用,解决疫情下体育发展中遇到的诸多伦理困境,用奥林匹克主义哲学和伦理的"善"关照体育中的人和组织,激励、指导人们共抗疫情,推动体育健康良性发展。
This study analyzed the good and anomie in sports ethics that have emerged after the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic by the methods of literature review, interviews, and speculation. The ethical good emerged in sports in the pandemic mainly includes four aspects: the ethical good in the form of cloud live broadcast of off-site competitions and simulated competitions;the ethical good of sports people’s responsibility;the ethical good of the public’s emphasis on health and exercise;and the good of Olympism and humanity spirit reflected in the postponement of the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. The anomies of sports ethics in the pandemic include the ethical dilemma of accelerating the development of virtual events;disputes on sports stars’ priority in virus detecting;the digital gap in home-based exercise;the violation of epidemic prevention and control regulations("common good") that caused by watching games and exercise;and ethical problems in online physical education teaching. Based on the analysis and speculation of sports’ good and ethics in the COVID-19 pandemic, this study proposed five ethical regulations, including adhering to the principle of life first, carrying out Olympic education, initiating poverty-relief program, strengthening the governance of morality and law, and advocating the vision of Human Community with a Shared Future. The purpose of this research was to play a guiding role in sports ethics, to solve dilemmas in the development of sports under the pandemic, to use Olympic philosophy and ethic "good" to care for people and organizations in sports, to encourage and guide people to fight the pandemic, and to promote healthy development of sports.
