摘要
采用天然茶多酚为起始剂原料,与甲醛、二乙烯三胺进行反应,合成茶多酚胺型酚醛树脂起始剂,通过红外光谱对茶多酚胺型酚醛树脂起始剂进行表征,通过实验分析了起始剂与PO比对破乳性能的影响、EO与PO的最佳比例,最后分析了茶多酚胺型酚醛树脂起始剂,脱出水澄清,界面平直,没有粘连现象出现,具有很广的应用前景。
Using natural tea polyphenol as the starting material,reacting with formaldehyde and diethylenetriamine,the starting agent of tea polyphenol amine type phenolic resin was synthesized.Then,the starting agent of tea polyphenol amine type phenolic resin was characterized by infrared spectrum.The effect of the ratio of starting agent and PO on the demulsification performance,the best ratio of EO to PO were analyzed by experiments.The results show that the water is clear,the interface is straight,there is no adhesion phenomenon,so it has a wide application prospect.
