摘要 针对铝电解生产过程中影响因素多、工艺流程优化难度大、控制决策精度低和数据重复利用率不高等问题,分析当前数据驱动在质量控制方面存在的不足,构建了一种铝电解生产过程质量控制的优化方法。通过挖掘历史数据中的有用信息与实时数据进行深度融合,在质量数据采集、存储、决策和管理的基础上,从数据生命周期的角度出发,提出铝电解生产过程质量控制的持续改进策略,从而达到提高企业生产效率和产品质量、降低生产成本的目的,进一步提升行业的运行技术和管理水平,为促进铝电解行业的可持续发展提供重要参考。 In view of the many influencing factors of the aluminum electrolysis production process, the difficulty of optimizing the process flow, the low precision of control decisions and the low rate of data reuse, the current data-driven deficiencies in quality control are analyzed. An optimization method for quality control of aluminum electrolysis production process was constructed. By mining the useful information of historical data and real-time data for deep integration, on the basis of quality data collection, storage, decision-making and management, from the perspective of data life cycle, the continuous improvement strategy for quality control of aluminum electrolysis production process is proposed. This strategy can achieve the goals of improving the production efficiency and product quality of the enterprise and reducing the production cost, further improve the industry’s operating technology and management level, and provide an important reference for the sustainable development of the aluminum electrolysis industry.
