土壤真菌Tolypocladium sp. HU35P-1次级代谢产物化学成分的研究

摘要 目的研究土壤真菌Tolypocladium sp. HU35P-1次级代谢产物的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱及高效液相色谱(HPLC)等,分离纯化Tolypocladium sp. HU35P-1大米固体发酵产物的乙酸乙酯层提取物,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到3个化合物,分别为tolypyridone A(1)﹑尿嘧啶(uracil)(2)﹑3-甲基哌嗪2, 5-二酮(3)。结论化合物1为首次从弯颈霉属中分离得到。 Objective To study the chemical components of secondary metabolites of soil fungus Tolypocladium sp. HU35P-1. Methods The ethyl acetate extract of the rice solid fermentation product of soil fungus Tolypocladium sp. HU35P-1 was separated and purified by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC, etc. Results Three compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as tolypyridone A(1), uracil(2) and 3-methylpiperazine-2, 5-dione(3). Conclusion Compound 1 was obtained from Tolypocladium for the first time.
