摘要
肉制品中兽药残留不仅会破坏人体健康,引起致毒、过敏、胃肠道菌群失衡、致癌、致畸、致突变等,而且污染环境、影响临床工作、制约经济发展。现阶段我国肉制品中兽药残留问题依然存在。通过对我国肉制品中兽药残留危害和现状的分析,引起社会的关注和重视,进而为解决兽药残留问题提供依据。
Veterinary drug residues in meat products could damage human health including toxicity,allergy,imbalance of gastrointestinal flora,carcinogenesis,teratogenesis and mutagenicity,and the environment was polluted,and clinical work was affected,and economic development was restricted.At present,veterinary drug residues in meat products still existed in China.Through the analysis of hazard and current situation of veterinary drug residues,and the concern and attention from the society was attracted,and it providedfoundation forsolving the problem of veterinary drug residues.
