摘要
本文从食品的产业链中的食品原料、食品的加工过程以及食品的流通销售3个环节来分析我国食品安全存在的问题以及需要解决的问题,针对我国的食品安全现状提出了监管和改善措施,以其获得一个良好的食品安全环境。
This paper analyzed the existing problems and the solutions of problems for food safety in China from three links of food industry chain which are food raw materials, food processing and food distribution and selling. In view of the station of food safety in our country, this paper proposed four measures to supervise and improve the food safety, as to obtain a good food safety environment.
