摘要
运用文献资料法等对我国与芬兰冰雪运动交流合作进行研究。交流合作现状:两国冰雪竞技合作持续升温,大众冰雪交流逐渐展开,冰雪产业与科研密切往来等;交流合作的意义:促进我国冰雪运动办赛经验和竞技水平的提升,加强两国间的教育互助和文化互信,引进先进冰雪科技、推动我国冰雪产业发展。基于“一带一路”倡议“互学互鉴、互利共赢”的核心精神,对未来两国间的冰雪交流合作提出建议:冰雪运动训练“走出去”与冰雪运动经验“引进来”,传统文化“走出去”与冰雪文化“引进来”,冰雪产学研机构“走出去”与先进技术“引进来”。
Through the literature method,this paper studies exchanges and cooperation between China and Finland on winter sports.The study believes that the cooperation of competitive winter sports continues to heat up;the exchanges of mass winter sports are gradually increasing;the contacts of winter sports industry and scientifi c research are closer.The exchanges and cooperation enhance the experience and competitive level of winter sports of China,strengthen mutual education and cultural trust,introduce advanced winter sports technology,and advance the development of China's winter sports industry.Based on the Belt and Road Initiative,with mutual learning and benefi t at its core spirit,the study gives some suggestions for future exchanges and cooperation between the two countries:we should organize winter sports training oversea and introduce foreign experience,spread Chinese traditional culture and learn Finnish winter sports culture,introduce advanced technology by the cooperation of the enterprise-university-research institutes with Finland.
