摘要
智能变电站相较于传统变电站引进了过程层智能设备,设备之间由电缆连接变为光纤连接,因此保护设备检修时的安全措施也与以往不同.若运检人员仍采用传统变电站的操作方式,可能会造成设备跳闸、保护闭锁甚至越级跳闸等安全风险.检修态切换下,设计相应的设备检修辅助安全系统.系统设置检修操作页面,实时监控检修的全过程,降低检修安全风险的同时减轻相关工作人员的压力.
Compared with the traditional substation,the intelligent equipment in the process layer is introduced in the smart substation.The equipment is connected by optical fiber.Therefore,the safety measures in the maintenance of the protective equipment are different from those in the past.If the inspection personnel still use the traditional substation operation mode,it may cause equipment trip,protection locking and even override trip and other security risks.Under the maintenance state switching,the corresponding equipment maintenance auxiliary safety system is designed.The maintenance operation page is set in the system to monitor the whole process of maintenance in real time,so as to reduce the safety risk of maintenance and reduce the pressure of relevant staff.
