摘要
泥浆罐在使用过程中,泥浆容易产生沉积,出现罐容降低、影响新浆品质等问题,必须定期清洗.给出泥浆罐机械清洗的工艺流程,泥浆罐沉积物在射流冲击作用下破碎、溶解,经抽料回收模块抽出,输送进入泥浆分离模块,在重力式斜板沉降和离心式分离的共同作用下,实现沉积物减量回收.针对关键设备喷枪的设计中引入空化射流,提高射流打击力和有效射程,并且针对不同罐型设计不同摆动角度的喷枪,实现喷枪射流在罐内的全覆盖.特殊设计了斜板沉降系统,给出了斜板沉降器的结构和参数,确定了斜板面积和数量,计算了布水穿孔花墙孔口面积和数量,实现沉积物大流量下的快速分离.在实际工程应用中完全替代人工清罐,并达到环保和沉积物减量回收的目的.
During the use of mud tanks,mud deposits easily,resulting in tank capacity reduction and affecting the quality of fresh mud,which must be cleaned regularly.The technological process of mechanical cleaning of the mud tank was given.The mud tank sediment was broken and dissolved under the impact of jet.The mud tank sediment was extracted by the extraction recovery module and transported into the mud separation module.Under the combined action of gravity inclined plate sedimentation and centrifugal separation,the reduction recovery of sediment was realized.Cavitation jet was introduced into the design of spray gun for key equipment to improve the striking force and effective range of the jet,and spray guns with different swing angles were designed for different tank types to achieve full coverage of the spray gun jet in the tank.The inclined plate sedimentation system was specially designed.The structure and parameters of the inclined plate settler were given.The area and quantity of the inclined plates were determined.The area and quantity of the orifices of the water distribution perforated wall were calculated to realize rapid separation of sediment under large flow rate.In practical engineering applications,it can completely replace manual tank cleaning,and achieves the purpose of environmental protection and sediment reduction and recovery.
