摘要
往复制冷压缩机其空间封闭,内部零部件数量较多,分布复杂,结构紧凑,因此,现实中通过试验方法很难获得气缸内流场特性.CFD软件是利用计算机和数值方法对流体力学问题进行数值计算模拟很好的工具,可以通过动网格设置,阀门EVENTS事件设置,实现往复压缩机4个工作过程连续瞬态模拟.最终获得压缩机气缸内部流体的流动状态变化、气缸内流体压力脉动值随曲柄转角的变化.为进一步研究因压力脉动、速度脉动引起的压缩机吸排气噪声提供了理论依据.
Reciprocating refrigeration compressor has a closed space,a large number of internal components,complex distribution and compact structure.Therefore,it is difficult to obtain the flow field characteristics in the cylinder by test methods in reality.CFD software is a very good tool to perform numerical simulation of hydrodynamic problems using computer and numeric method.It can realize continuous instantaneous simulation of the four working processes of the reciprocating compressor(compression,exhaust,expansion and suction)by setting up moving grids and events of valves.Finally,the flow state of the fluid in the compressor cylinder and the change of the fluid pressure fluctuation in the cylinder with the crank angle were obtained,which provides a theoretical basis for further study of the suction and exhaust noise of the compressor caused by pressure fluctuation and velocity fluctuation.
