摘要
目的通过研究不同品种蜂蜜的电导率的差异,为制定蜂蜜电导率的标准奠定基础。方法通过在同一季节收集的不同品种的蜂蜜,采用欧盟蜂蜜标准中规定的方法对不同蜂蜜进行电导率的测定。结果发现电导率的大小依次是椴树蜜>枣花蜜>小茴香蜜>荞麦蜜>荆条蜜>荔枝蜜>洋槐蜜>紫云英蜜>柑橘蜜>油菜蜜。结论不同品种蜂蜜之间电导率确实存在差异,这对蜂蜜的真伪鉴定具有积极的意义。
Objective This paper lays the foundation for the development of the standard of honey conductivity by studying the difference in conductivity of different varieties of honeyMethods The conductivity of different honeys was determined by the methods specified in the EU honey standard through different varieties of honey collected during the same season.Results The order of conductivity was found to be eucalyptus honey>jujube nectar>fennel honey>buckwheat honey>Vitex honey>lychee honey>acacia honey>purple cloud honey>citrus honey>rapeseed honey.Conclusion There is indeed a difference in electrical conductivity between different varieties of honey,which has positive significance for the authenticity of honey.
