摘要
齿轮传动回差不可避免地存在,为了减小齿轮传动回差,以基于普通齿轮注入金属橡胶的金属复合大齿轮和普通小齿轮组成的复合齿轮传动为研究对象,研究了20℃、50℃、80℃三种不同温度下复合齿轮副回差大小。研究结果表明:复合齿轮传动在20℃、50℃、80℃三种温度下的回差分别为2.62 arcmin、2.53 arcmin、2.40 arcmin;随着温度增加,复合齿轮变形越大,变形补偿及协调能力越大,从而回差越小;通过改变齿轮结构及材料形式可以减小齿轮传动回差。该研究为复合齿轮传动开发、复合齿轮回差减小及复合齿轮改善等方面提供理论依据。
Gear transmission backlash inevitably exists.In order to reduce the backlash of the gear transmission,the metal compound large gear injected with metal rubber on the basis of the ordinary gear and the ordinary small gear composed the compound gear transmission which have been regarded as the research object,the backlash of compound gear pair at three different temperatures 20℃,50℃and80℃have been researched.The research results show that the compound gears have a return difference of 2.62 arcmin,2.53 arcmin and 2.40 arcmin at 20℃,50℃and 80℃;as the temperature increases,the deformation is greater of the composite gear,the deformation compensation and coordination ability are larger,the gear backlash is smaller;the backlash of the gear transmission can be reduced by changing the gear structure and material form.The research provides a theoretical basis for the development of compound gear transmission,gear backlash reduction and improvement of the compound gears.
