摘要
目的探讨中医情志护理联合扁平化责任制护理在结核性脑膜炎中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2017年1月—2019年12月就诊的86例结核性脑膜炎患者的临床资料,依据干预方案的不同分为2组,对照组(扁平化责任制护理,43例)和观察组(扁平化责任制护理+中医情志护理,43例),观察分析2组生活质量及心理状态情况。结果护理后,观察组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能及物质生活均较对照组高,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医情志护理联合扁平化责任制护理可促进结核性脑膜炎患者生活质量提高,心理状态改善,利于提高预后。
Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with delayering responsibility system nursing on tuberculous meningitis.Methods The clinical data of 86 patients with tuberculous meningitis in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed,which were divided into two groups according to the different intervention scheme.The control group(delayering responsibility system nursing,43 cases)and the observation group(delayering responsibility system nursing,43 cases).The quality of life and mental state of the two groups was observed and analyzed.Results After nursing,the observation group had higher somatic function,psychological function,social function and material life.The anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with delayering responsibility system nursing can improve the quality of life and mental state of patients.
