热处理工艺对耐蚀塑料模具钢FS136组织和性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 利用OM、SEM、硬度计、冲击和拉伸试验机对耐蚀塑料模具钢FS136的组织和性能进行了观察和测试。结果表明,FS136的最佳淬火温度为1,030℃,随淬火温度的变化组织表现出不同的淬火马氏体组织。低温下回火为回火马氏体、中温回火为回火托氏体、高温回火为回火索氏体。FS136钢在200℃~650℃不同温度下回火具有二次硬化效应。510℃回火为硬度和强度的峰值温度、韧性和塑性的谷值温度。以510℃为分界点,510℃以下回火时硬度和强度表现为先降低后升高的趋势、塑性和韧性表现为先升高后降低的趋势;510℃以上随温度的升高硬度和强度快速降低、韧性和塑性快速升高。低温回火可得到良好的强硬性,高温回火可得到良好的强韧性。 The microstructure and properties of corrosion-resistant mold steel FS136 were observed and tested by OM, SEM, hardness tester, impact and tensile testing machine. Analyzed results show that, the best quenching temperature of FS136 was 1,030℃, which showed different martensite microstructure with the variation of quenching temperature. Low temperature tempering was tempering martensite,medium temperature was tempering torsite,high temperature tempering was tempering sorbite. Secondary hardening effect waspresentedat different temperature of FS136 in 200℃~650℃ tempering. 510℃ tempering was peak temperature of hardness and strength, and valley temperature of toughness and plasticity. At 510℃ for the cutoff point, below 510℃tempering hardness and strength performance tendency to decreased first and then increased, plasticity and toughness performance tendency to increased first and then decreased. When more than 510℃ tempering hardness and strength decreased rapidly, and plasticity and toughness increased rapidly with increasing temperature. Good strength and hardness were achieved at low temperature tempering, and good strength and toughness were achieved at high temperature tempering.
