摘要
针对某危废处置企业各车间产生废水的水质特点,分别对各车间废水进行预处理,再分类收集到废水站进行集中处理。其中高浓废水经Fenton预处理后,与其他废水在综合调节池内混匀,最终经水解酸化+接触氧化+MBR的生化处理工艺,使出水达标排放。工程运行结果表明,废水经分类处理及最终综合处理后,出水可达到地表水环境质量标准(GB 3838—2002)中的准Ⅴ类排放标准。其中COD平均为30.6 mg/L,NH3-N平均为1.28 mg/L,TP平均为0.32 mg/L。
According to its quality characteristics produced in each workshop of a hazardous waste disposal plant,the wastewater was pretreated separately,and then collected to the wastewater station for centralized treatment. After Fenton pretreatment,the high concentration wastewater was mixed with other wastewater in regulating tank. Finally,the effluent could meet the discharge standards which were treated by the biochemical treatment process hydrolytic acidification+contact oxidation+MBR. The project practice showed that the wastewater could be treated by classification and comprehensive treatment,and the effluent achieved the Environmental Quality Standard for Surface Water(GB 3838—2002) similar Ⅴ class standards emission requirements. The average concentration of COD,NH3-N and TP was 30.6 mg/L,1.28 mg/L and 0.32 mg/L.
