摘要
目的分析阿奇霉素联合头孢呋辛对小儿支气管肺炎治疗的临床效果及其经济性和合理性。方法选取常熟市梅李人民医院2018年1月至2019年9月收治的临床诊断为小儿支气管肺炎的患儿356例进行研究,将其按照随机数字表法分为观察组(186例)与对照组(170例),对照组使用阿奇霉素联合头孢唑肟钠进行治疗,观察组使用阿奇霉素联合头孢呋辛治疗,对2组患儿临床症状的消失时间、临床疗效、住院期间的直接经济成本及治疗期间的不良反应发生情况进行分析。结果观察组与对照组患儿在咳嗽、气促喘息、肺部啰音、白细胞恢复和肺部阴影的消失时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的总有效率、总不良反应发生率及住院时间与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患儿的住院费用(2572.5±437.4)元和人均药费(80.5±19.7)元均低于对照组(3217.9±563.2)元和(116.2±26.4)元,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素联合头孢呋辛钠或头孢唑肟钠对小儿支气管肺炎治疗的可靠性及安全性均较好,然而阿奇霉素联合头孢呋辛钠治疗的医疗成本最低,更具经济优势。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic efficacy and economy and rationality of Azithromycin combined with cefuroxime in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in children.Methods A total of 356 children with bronchial pneumonia diagnosed clinically in Changshu Meili People's Hospital from January 2018 to September 2019 were selected and randomLy divided into observation group and control group.170 children in control group were treated with Azithromycin combined with cefazoxime sodium.186 children in observation group were treated with Azithromycin combined with cefuroxime,and then the disappearance time of clinical symptoms in both groups was analyzed.Clinical efficacy,direct economic cost during hospitalization and occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were analyzed.Results There weas no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in cough,shortness of breath,lung rale,leukocyte recovery and disappearance time of lung shadow(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in total effective rate,total adverse reaction rate and hospitalization time(P>0.05).The cost of hospitalization(2572.5±437.4)yuan and per capita drug cost(80.5±19.7)yuan in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(3217.9±563.2)yuan and(116.2±26.4)yuan,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The reliability and safety of Azithromycin combined with cefuroxime sodium or Ceftizoxime sodium in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in children are both good,however,Azithromycin combined with cefuroxime sodium has the lowest medical cost and more economic advantages.
