动力锂电池系统运行环境条件对其性能影响的研究 被引量:6

摘要 压力、温度和湿度均会影响动力电池系统性能的发挥,环境条件的滥用更是会影响其安全性。所以应加强模组夹具的设计,使其在充放电过程中维持在合适的压力范围内,这能保持电芯的一致性以提升系统的循环寿命;电池系统也应充分考虑密封设计的耐久性,并对可能的水汽侵入做好防护,各种可靠性实验后也应进行气密性测试。这样才能应对电动汽车复杂多样的运行环境,给使用者带来良好的使用体验。 Pressure,temperature and humidity will affect the performance of lithium battery power system(REESS),and the abuse of environmental conditions will even affect its safety.Therefore,the design of the module fixture should be strengthened so that it is maintained within a suitable pressure range during the charge and discharge process.This can maintain the consistency of the battery cells to improve the cycle life of the system.The battery system should also fully consider the durability of the seal design,and to protect against possible water vapor intrusion.Air tightness testing should also be performed after various reliability experiments.In this way,it can cope with the complex and diverse operating environment of electric vehicles and bringed a good user experience to users.
